We greatly enjoyed almost everything, had amazing experience.
Bed was perfect, and the staff was caring. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and ironing facilities were good. The pool is truly nice too. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
-
handy base for exploring glasgow. staff was loyal and we enjoyed our stay. room price is us$ 103.
-
The room was nice but the bathroom to small.
The toilet was to close to the door. The door wouldn't close unless you where out of the way of the toilet seat.
-
Nice indoor pool. Polite employees at desk, I assume it was the management. I did not see any other employees.
Disappointed in the "Continental breakfast". Toast, cereal, toaster waffles, plain bagles. Nothing a diabetic can eat, all bread. We stayed at a couple hotels that had eggs and sausage, bacon, Fresh fruit (more than whole apples) and you made pancakes/waffles fresher not frozen. That was a nice breakfast! Also, I wish there was a list of restaurants in the area. And rooms could use updated, chairs thread bare, carpets...ick! Windows need work. The lobby looked nicer.

Cost per night
Somewhat limited compared to other continental breakfasts

Clean, comfortable, lobby. Clean, comfortable room with lots of space (1 king bed vs. 2 queens). Nice, separate, breakfast area off lobby.
Up charging for 'safe tax' without disclosing charge on check-in. There was no door on safe in our room. Poor breakfast management. Depleted plates, utensils and coffee. I had to eat my waffle on a napkin with a spoon and retrieve coffee from the lobby. Finally, a loud group of 12-15 business guests commandeered the breakfast room to conduct a sales meeting making our expiernce uncomfortable and feeling as if WE were infringing in the common space.

I will have to say it was nothing special needs a lot of work
They were out of breakfast stuff at 7 am
-
It was very peaceful and quiet, the people at the front desk was very friendly
-
The staff were very welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the room was very clean. We are planning on using this hotel every year when we come down for Mammoth Cave and other attractions.
The only things to improve on, was the pool was a little cloudy, and we would have liked a few more towels in the room, but these really were not a problem.
-
no eggs only waffles and ceral
no ice machine
-
Good value for the money. Nice location easy to get to the attractions we were seeing.
More towels in rooms and at pool area
-
The room we booked was not available and we had to go from a King to a double. Cost should have been reduced.
-
The pool was nice and warm.
Having to go to the front desk dripping wet to get a towel was odd. Towels could be kept in the pool area.
-
Location was perfect for what we needed.
Bathtub didn't drain after shower! Continental breakfast didn't last until end of time stated and when there was food, there wasn't much out. For the price, I would expect more! When we told the front desk, she said we should have said something earlier and she would have put us in another room. I don't want to switch rooms after a shower and ready to check out!

The pool was fantastic, nice looking and upkept. You could tell they were remolding, but to me this is a positive as the hotel will only look better. Our room was clean and accomidating. The front desk staff even upgraded our room for free because they felt it would be a better fit for our family.
I felt like they were running out of everything at breakfast... juice, napkins, syrup, and butter to name a few.
